Research the skills and knowledge required for two training and development specialists (e.g. instructional designer, technical training instructor, etc.) Assume that these people are on your staff and have basic skills to perform in this position. Identify resources for developing the skills and knowledge required for each. Also consider what skills and knowledge you will need to develop and the resources available for developing your own skills
