Researches and practices have shown monetary exchange is superior and efficient when compared to barter system. However, barter exchange is still practiced in one form or another even in this modern world. In Islamic Law, Riba is not only found in loan transaction but also in the exchange of commodities for commodities which is then termed as Riba-Al-Fadhl. Enlighten the guidelines to be followed in barter exchanges in order to avoid Riba-al-Fadhl.
