Under section 3 of the ANIBT Hotel Diversity Policy (How we promote diversity), the policy lists "Our induction, training and other programs will be designed to promote our culture of diversity and

female participation in the workplace and within leadership positions."

The General Managers have asked you to design a draft ANIBT Diversity induction handbook and present to them at the next general meeting. Your draft induction handbook must cover the values of the ANIBT Hotel Diversity Policy.

The Draft induction handbook should address:

a) The importance of diversity at ANIBT Hotel. This should reflect the policy

b) Acknowledgment of religious and cultural celebrations expectations at ANIBT Hotel

c) Consideration of staff with special needs at ANIBT Hotel

d) How diversity may affect ANIBT Hotel operations both positive and negative

e) The benefits of productive diversity including multilingual workforce at ANIBT Hotel

f) Legal factors including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and antidiscrimination that staff should be aware of at ANIBT Hotel
