Thanks to these valuable lessons learned I have broadened up my knowledge. One will have to be top talent retention; this is because it helps you understand what are the errors that organizations are making that is causing them to lose their employees. Which resonates with my situation at my current employer. Organizations need to appreciation and recognize their employees. The other will have to be recognizing diverse contributions which happen to be the "B players' of the companies. The reading shared light on how they are undervalued employee's but happen to be the ones that keep the company afloat because they have been there the longest so they know what it will take to keep the company going so they don't fall apart. They can give newcomers guidance.
