Hodges(2015), where the Court held that the Due Process Clause and the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment guarantee same-sex couples the right to marry. Review the majority opinion and a dissenting opinion. Discussthe arguments noted by both, including where you see an intersection of law and ethics, and the opinions' impact on diversity, inclusion, and sterotyping.

(B)"Business places a high value on flexibility and 'availability' of workers.But those qualities may unfairly stress those at both ends of the salary scale.Workers with hourly jobs--in restaurants,retail, health care, for example-- typically find theirhours are fluctuating,scarce, and unpredictable.At the high end,'flexibility' often means professionals--with their fixed salaries and benefits--are pressured to be willing to work as many hours as possible and to bring work home,even at the cost of family and personal lives." Do some research to see what foreign or international groups there are that build awareness about the issues presented, and explain the organization's mission and relief efforts.

(D) In 2015, a regulation was passed that prohibited children under 18 who work in agriculture from working with and handling pesticides. Recently, however, there are discussions of "rolling back" these types of regulations.Do you feel it is ethical for parents to encourage or allow agricultural work? What are your thoughts on the regulation: should it be upheld, or should it be rolled back to permit children under 18 to handle pesticides? Explain your position using at least one reliable source for support.
