To start off I wanted to list some of the key concepts that stuck out to me the most from this course. The list includes growing and keeping top talent and the importance of B players. Since I just graduated this semester, I plan on starting full time work at my family business in January. I will be handling things like project management, HR management, and Construction management. I've worked at that company throughout my life, but it was only during the summer for about 4-5 months at a time. I've worked close hand with the top performers in the company and I've seen the importance of keeping those top employees. This course helped me learn different ways to keep those top managers content and happy in their work.
