Respond this post to your classmate, If I were running a restaurant business I would take statistical data such as inventory stock and turnover, income, customer reviews, and employee performance. I would take inventory stock and turnover into account by checking if inventory is going out and coming out in the same numbers to prevent inventory theft. Also, it would be important to take inventory into account in case you lose anything in stock due to spoilage which is inefficient and costs money. Next, I would see how much income the restaurant is generating. If the amount of income was low that would tell me that there's an area of improvement for me to raise that number higher increasing restaurant quality. Customer reviews are another important statistic as a low star rating would mean that there is something wrong with the quality which we could improve. Lastly, employee performance would help me see if any employees needed to be fired as they might be affecting customers negatively
