I think that Human Resource development is more critical to the organization because if employees are trained correctly in their positions they are likely to succeed. Continous training offered by HRD leaves more room for HRM to focus on the overall management of the company, continuous training and learning also improves productivity throughout the entire organization, improves quality, and leaves room for growth opportunities for the employees. HRM focuses on the overall management and HRD focuses on the training, skills, to improve the quality, efficiency, productivity and the engagement of the employees
