Based on my chosen company, I would ensure that I have a flow chart that is a visual representation of all the steps required needed to meet our operations process. The reason for this is to ensure that not only are we identifying each step of the process, but we also have it laid out from beginning to end so everyone can see the bigger picture. By providing this overview, we allow everyone to understand the process even if its not their part of the process. They wont need to be experts at the other stages but should have a general understanding. By being able to understand the bigger picture, you can set yourself up for growth and provide valuable feedback that customers would appreciate because we would be enhancing their experience. You also have a better chance at understanding where a customer is coming from with their feedback or be able to better explain why a process is the way it is or why changes can't be made at this time.

At each stage of the process, we would be looking for quality and consistency. When we ensure we are delivering high-quality products and service, we are meeting or even exceeding customer expectations and could not only anticipate a return customer but also a customer who could speak highly of us and refer others to us.
