Respond to another students post on Being I work in a Catholic school system, my school has recently undergone an evaluation of all our procedures; everything from staff pay and benefits and communication within the system and with stakeholders was included in the evaluation. As staff, we were required to meet with a team from Washington state, who was sent in to review diocesan and specific district policies. With this evaluation came a four-tiered plan based on our four core values. One of these tiers is based on communication on all levels - stakeholders, students, staff, and families. Although expensive, this is one way to review policies put in place with a school. Because you don't want to "tint" the feedback (make it more positive/negative than it actually is), it's important to have a third party complete the review of policies
