The first factor that peaked my interest was A-Ability which asks the question does the team have the skillset, experience, etc. at hand to carry out the task? We're all human in the sense that we are only capable of doing, learning, and mastering so much. A manager can use the ability factor to conduct a thorough scrub of their team before assigning a task. This will save time, work stoppages, and allow for more training/skillsets to work together toward a common goal. The second factor that caught my attention was that of I-Incentive which is the reward or motivation that is gained at the end of a job or task. Rewards can be extrinsic or intrinsic for people depending on their perspective. In the military, we like to incentivize our Airmen with day off passes, early release (time back in general), recognition, and more.
