respond to: f I were in charge of United Airlines, especially during the incident of Dr. Dao being forcibly dragged off of his flight, I would certainly react differently than Oscar Muniz, who is the actual CEO. From what I have read additionally, he apologized for but continued to downplay such a horrible incident. Firstly, as a leader, I would make sure that policies and guidelines exist for employees that prevent incidences like both of these from happening. For example, training staff to be more careful with luggage, especially luggage that appears fragile like guitar cases. In the incident of having to remove passengers from a flight, I would train staff to handle these situations in a more respectful way. Given that surrounding passengers report that the flight supervisor escalated the situation far more than needed, clearly there are systemic issues with training that lead supervisors to deal with responsibilities in a poor manner
