Part I: EEO is the primary goal of any human resource department Training plans and development of employees is another very important goal for the HR department Working hand-in-hand with management is imperative for the employees and for the well-being of the organization Part II: I will be able to use the information I learned in this course for future roles I hold in any organization I'm hired into from here on out. I have a better understanding how how and why things are the way they are, so I think when issues arise, I will be more understanding. I will also be able to use this information with day-to-day life in the sense that communication in any and all aspects don't just apply to the workplace.
