My flight chief and I share Apple notes and just make a list throughout the month and add them to out staff meeting slides. For individual suspenses/tasks, we attempt to contact the member directly. We reserve emails for more important matters of sharing documents. So far it seems to have worked well and there are less complaints. There are always those that will never be satified
