I'm not sure if I completely agree with four word personality type, but I do feel like I am good at the mediator role. I would say my hard work ethic is what provides good job performance. Based on the four letters intuition is good for job performance. It depends on what kind of job you are doing. I could see some jobs where being introverted could benefit job performance if you were working by yourself on a project. I do feel my organizational satisfaction and commitment align with my personality type because people with this personality type are creative problem solvers. I agree I have good problem solving skills. The personality types that are most productive for an organization are commander and logician. Organizations need people in charge to make important decisions correctly. Logic is always good in business. It is important to keep an open mind and also understand the analytics. Logicians often find thing others over look. The two that could be least productive are virtuoso and debator. The virtuoso could be too carefree, go with the flow, that others might not take them seriously
