Many of the procedures, controls and documents in Chapters 12,13 & 14 are for an environment that depends on printed documents. Given that many firms use a more electronic system, how would controls and documents change from the way they are presented in the book? Dont try to describe ALL changes. Pick one type of transaction, such as taking a customer order, and describe how the procedure, controls and documents would be different without printed documents. (ULO 1,2 & 3)
