In my opinion, a PMO had the potential to accelerate the project implementation. The PMO acts as the firm's backbone whenever it plans and executes a method of project management that is considered to be both reliable and efficient. Therefore, it is possible that the implementation process would benefit considerably from having a competent PMO. The PMO could be made up of a team of experienced project managers recruited from a number of different strategic portfolio firms. This PMO team is equipped to carry out customized checklists and procedures as a response with one situation as a result of the expertise and resources at their disposal (Bagherpour & Erjaee, 2017). The PMO team may save time and effort by carefully preparing the checklists and procedures in advance.

The PMO has the potential to play a significant part in the hiring of new project managers for an organization by providing direction and assistance during the interview procedure. Due to the importance of the project manager's role in overseeing the company's overall project portfolio, this position is essential to the running of the business (Bagherpour & Erjaee, 2017). A proficient PMO could be able to discover appropriate persons with potential for the next project manager role by using their past PMO experience and their talents in project management. This will save the company a substantial amount of time & money during the implementation process.

In addition to this, a good PMO provides assistance for the training and development of project manager, which ultimately results in increased productivity for the group. It is possible for project managers to acquire professional competence in the recently implemented working procedure as well as the needed skill levels for project management if training for project managers is encouraged and delivered in a timely and suitable manner. If the company had more project managers who were well prepared, it would be able to use its project management strategy in a manner that was both more efficient & effective (Hill, 2004). The PMO could help both project managers and other departments, such advertising and marketing improve their project management skills. When more members of the team already have experience with project management approach, the company would be able to adopt the new process in a shorter amount of time.
