Respond to the discussions below
Discussion 1
Provide one of your own examples (not out of the book) of each of the three types of F-tests (three examples total).
TWO- FACTOR ANOVA: For example,if you had two data sets with a sample 1 (variance of 10) and a sample 2 (variance of 10), the ratio would be 10/10 = 1. You always test that the population variances are equal when running anF Test.
SIMPLE ANOVA :Example and group of employees are randomly assigned to use one the four prep programs for the next four weeks to prepare for the promotion. At the end the four weeks all of the employees take the prep test.
THREE- FACTOR ANOVA :Example a pharmaceutical company try to determine the effect of a drug. One effect could be the drug another may be the gender of subject, and another may be the subject. These three factors may each have a distinguishable effect on the outcome.
Discussion 2
Provide one of your own examples (not out of the book) of each of the three types of F-tests (three examples total).
ANOVA Single Factor: tests of math, science, and reading are given to individuals and then the means of said tests are compared.
ANOVA: Two-Factor With Replication: tests of math, science, and reading are given at te beginning of the school year to both male and female freshmen, and then these three tests are given again at the end of the year. The means are then compared.
ANOVA: Two-Factor Without Replication: tests of math, science, and reading are given to freshman and sophomore high school students, and then the means are compared.
Discussion 3
How might we respond to feelings of anxiety and/or stress knowing that God gives us His peace?
To respond to feelings of anxiety and stress knowing that God gives us His peace, we might try to focus on the things that bring us closer to God and to a state of shalom. This could involve practices such as prayer, meditation, reading the Bible, or participating in church activities. We might also try to develop healthy coping mechanisms, such as exercise, spending time in nature, or engaging in activities that bring us joy and a sense of fulfillment.
