My current employer has a code of ethics as well as clearly defined faith based values listed on their website. They also follow Bart$$s suggestion by implementing the discussion of these values in the initial interview process as well as new employee training. During the training process they go so far as to have activities to help bring new hires to be empathetic to others by giving the option to place your hand in an ice bath for $2$ minutes to show how it can be hard to focus or understand things while handling a painful experience.

I would work for one of these types because they are working hard for the greater good rather than purely for capital.

I prefer a close knit, friendly company culture that encourages empathy for others through their work including employees. This would fall under a caring type of environment that focuses on creating a happy work environment that appreciates its staff and patients.
