Respond to the following discussion: I think that all of the rules are important and that one isn't better than the other because they all play there part in success of the project. The main rule that sticks out the most is #3 because communication is important and when you and your team do not communicate your project is less likely to succeed. Your team may see something that your project manager missed and if nothing is said because the lack of communication again success is unlikely. When you have no idea that the hammer is about to hit you then communicate with your entire team and making one person responsible for everything and not giving your input is when projects fail and lets face it your team needs to be reevaluated to one that works together
