Poor risk management has the ability to cause a sizable impact in healthcare. One example is poor user adoption. This is when trying to get a clinical team to follow the healthcareorganization procedures. If this is not done then there will be poor results because the staff is not working to a standard. Another example is medical errors like surgery in the wrongbody part. This can impact the healthcare organization by being the cause ofdeath or any new condition that can be either temporary or permanent. Lastly, the last example is unhappy patients.This example is how poor risk management impact a health organization by patients not wanting to be a part of something that is perceived to be high risk. They should be aware of what is going to be done to mitigate any potential issues.
