- What are some leadership approaches that you might apply to focus on the human aspects of leading change? Explain what you would aim to achieve with the approaches you identify.
Notes:
- Discussing leadership approaches involves description of the principles/concepts that you would seek to apply and the kinds of actions (i.e., the methodologies) that you would take in engaging your team to demonstrate, apply, and assess those principles.
