The School District has proposed elimi- nating 75 teacher positions and 200 teachers' aide positions because of declining tax revenues. The teachers' union calls for a one-day strike on the first day of the school year to protest the proposed job cuts. What legal remedies, if any, can the Syracuse School District pursue against the teachers and against the teachers' union? Explain.
