Respond to this discussion

Upon reading Week one's modules it became clear to me that the most significant difference in Science and Pseudoscience was that science is formulated by research questions, desiging a study to collect data, and analyzing the data, where as though Pseudoscience is based soley on testimonals or personal anecdotes.

Dr. Schlobotnik's "Miracle memory drug" is based on Week 1's Module in this passage Brenda was recommed by her son's therapist to start using magnetic vest etc and started becoming skeptical upon seeing it wasn't working on her son leading her to as her professor about this therapy that was sure to work. Brenda's professor told her he had never knew any research about this that would scientifically prove that these vest could help her son and that he would do some research and get back to her. Therefore proving that Dr. Schlobotnik's "Miracle memory drug" is based on testimonals and not science.
