respond to this I am currently the primary analyst supporting the Transplant Departments for my organization, in charge of build for the Phoenix application for our Epic implementation. I have been on this project for over 2 years and it has been an enormous undertaking as I came from the clinical sphere to the technical. Over the last two years it has been my responsibility to process map their workflows, identify changes needed to meet the system requirements, work with analysts from other specialties that effect my departments, educate my operational subject matter experts on new tools and using their feedback to build a system that works for our organization. I was very fortunate in this project to have been previously part of their team so that gave me a huge insight to their workflow and processes. A luxury that not many of my fellow analyst had. However I wish I had pushed for more feedback earlier in our project because a silent group, or one that provides little feedback along the way, is a group not paying attention. We are currently 2 weeks from go live and I am horrifyingly aware that my group has payed very little attention
