I think an internal approach is significantly important because it gives current employees that opportunity to excel within the company as well as gives current employees the opportunity for salary increases. I think that this is very important being as though the turnover rate will not be high within organizations as employees will feel appreciates. Secondly, I feel as though external recruitment is very important because it is always a good opportunity for organizations to hire outside candidates that is a great advantage for your company because it allows a different perspective for the company and could advance the company as a whole. In my personal opinion, I would like to use internal recruitment and promote the current employees that do have to avoid turnover rates. In my past experience, I notice that when companies do not provide promotional opportunities, then it will make current employees feel unappreciated.
