Respond to this professionally " Hello Everyone, Customer service can be defined as knowledgeable employees positively assisting customers by providing a service or product. A time I had excellent customer service was at my job before I started working there, they enthusiastically greeted me as I walked into the door and immediately attended to me. While I was ordering they patiently waited till I was ready and even offered suggestions, and while they made my drink they provided easy conversation.
