In my experience, stakeholders (students, teachers, and community members) are usually aware of their "why". Unfortunately, leadership is not always aware or connected to the "why". Education stakeholders are a group accustomed to giving their time and heart to meet an objective. If educational leadership clarifies the "why" from the beginning, the collective potential efficacy could be unmatched. Additionally, that would be an immeasurable long-term spark of inspiration for all stakeholders
