Respond to With some research into the management validity tools, I realized that I may have accidentally made one without realizing it. I used to be in the army and during that time I was a Master Driver which basically meant I was in charge of the testing and licensing of the soldiers in our company. I would have to keep track of many things to ensure that everyone was licensed for annual training. The way I did that was by tracking the progress of all the soldiers in an Excel spreadsheet to see how they were progressing. This model is similar to the Gantt Chart, a way to track a project's progress. My Excel sheet would essentially be a project over the span of a year. Some things that were tracked on my Excel sheet were new soldiers or those who needed to be relicensed. This progress sheet was shared with leadership so that they were aware of how many drivers needed to complete their training so that they could drive for annual training. It allowed me to track multiple variables and complete our goal in time
