Classmate: I think the most important skill to being a productive employee with longevity is the ability to take constructive criticism. Most skills can be taught, or expanded upon, but if you take all criticism personally, and are unable to use it to improve your career instead of tearing you down your progression as an employee will be stunted. I also think that time management is key to being both a good employee and a manager. Without the ability to take a list of tasks and organize them so they are all done in a timely manner, it is hard to complete them effectively. This makes for an employee that is hard to manage, and a manager that is hard to contact or confide in. To be a manager is a whole different beast though. The most important skill in my eyes is flexibility. As a manager you have to flow and adjust for each
