respond too Describe some of the ways in which you could network in your field. One of the ways I have found to network is to join organizations that you have a vested personal interest in. I recently joined the Texas D-CFAR, Texas Developmental Center for AIDS Research. Through these organizations, I have met and been able to attend conferences that relate to my interest in communicable diseases. The organization helps conduct research, collaborate, and engages the community to implement solutions that optimize HIV health and prevention. I have met like-minded individuals and have been able to connect with other people with interests like mine. I've kept up with many people through LinkedIn and have been able to see others' progression and be able to follow the careers of my peers.
