respond tooo get a real life perspective on the motivation within my current job discussed this topic with my coworkers. There were several motivators which included, maintaining their lifestyle, health insurance, paying for education, and working with a good team. In research, employees are motivated by having an active role in strategic goals and tasks. Instead of the goals and duties placed upon them, they would like to have a say in the health unit's needs. A good atmosphere amongst colleagues was confirmed, the same sentiment as from my coworkers. As a leader to motivate, I would observe their interaction within the team, with other staff and patients. Also actually listen to things that they repeatedly state and address their concerns. I believe that my investment in their concerns will develop trust and trust will develop loyalty
