Read Less When a guest books with a hotel, the company provides a multitude of statements, which inform attendees, everything that encompasses their stay. For instance, the agreement provides the cost, protection clauses (cancellation fees), pre-registration procedures, payment dates, transportation arrangements, taxes, gratuities, and what the client will do. These are all vital details of information that should be provided to a guest, but could there be more? Or should there be more ways that allow a client to get out of an agreement with a hotel. For example, there is the force majeure clause.
