With this, the possibility that the employees will not have coverage is greater change the burden will be pushed on the hospitals when and if they need care. The burden will be pushed to the institution and the community that they serve (Frazier, 2023). The greatest burden is placed on the lowest incomes in America. The study states that the lower-income groups pay 33.9% of their income towards their healthcare but the high-income group pays 16 % of their income toward their healthcare (RAND, 2020). This is crazy to think about with the rate of inflation to the cost of living in America these days
