Catlin Edwards

Hello my name is Catlin Edwards. I'm currently enrolled in the Masters in Nursing program here at Coker University. My over all goal is to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. I'm currently a Nurse Extern at MUSC in Florence and also a Sergeant in the Army National Guard going in 6 years. I'm extremely excited about this class.

Communication in the workplace is crucial for sharing information, ideas, and feedback among employees, managers, and stakeholders. It helps in coordinating tasks, building relationships, and fostering a positive work environment. Effective communication ensures that everyone is on the same page, reducing misunderstandings and conflicts.

When it comes to stakeholders' decision-making, clear and effective communication plays a vital role. Stakeholders need accurate and timely information to make informed decisions. If communication is ineffective or lacking, stakeholders may not have the necessary insights to make sound choices, which can impact the success of projects or initiatives. By providing stakeholders with relevant data, updates, and feedback, effective communication empowers them to make well-informed decisions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
