Responsibility, continuity, and accountability are very important key elements for success as a case manager. Responsibility means that the clients care is in my hands once they are on my caseload, my responsibility as a case manager would be to provide dependable, effective and high quality care. Continuity means that I am responsible to take care of the needs of my client continuously regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation without bias or judgement. Accountability means that I will be responsible for the outcome of my work with my clients. I will ensure that these three key elements are incorporated into my professional activities by following all the guidelines, protocols and procedures that are necessary to meet the needs of my client to ensure that the care is satisfactory or above average
