Revenue Cycle Management: Research the revenue cycle process at the facility and at other facilities (either in the area or nationally). Create a diagram and/or written description of the current process at your facility. Evaluate the process for any areas for improvement or restructuring to improve efficiency. Compare and Contrast the facility with others to see what process may be working well or may need to be changed based on the national standard. Share your findings in a presentation/report with your supervisor and/or revenue cycle manager. o Deliverables: (a) report of the current state of the revenue cycle process at the facility; (b) diagram of the current process at the facility with marked areas for improvement; (c) compare and contrast report of the facility compared to other locally/nationally; (d) report shared with supervisor and/or revenue cycle manager
