1. Review the 11 strategic initiatives in the case and score each initiative along the criteria described and develop a scoring matrix. Review all the projects listed in Exhibit 8 and use the scoring matrix described in Exhibit 5, while keeping the strategic objectives in mind. Note that the scores you get for each criteria should be used directly and not weighted again (i.e. the total score for each project should have a range of 200-1000). Please read the case thoroughly before you begin the analysis.
