Review the below scenario, your landlord has said he wants "the tenants out" and go to QCAT if you need to. Based on your knowledge of what is required how would you respond and what advice would you provide your client?

Scenario

You have tenants in unit 3 at 10 Ross St Sunnybank Hills. You manage the whole block and there is no body corporate or strata.

The tenants have only been in the property for 3 months, however it is obvious that there are some problems.

The tenants in the neighbouring units have called you to complain that whilst the tenants are nice enough they are extremely noisy and have lots of loud parties which carry on into the early hours of the mornings.
