Upper management and leadership may feel that they are doing well externally due to their 2 billion in annual budgets. However, internally, their reputation and respect are being diminished by employees that feel that they are unheard, overworked, and overlooked. The lack of customer service, the ever-increasing rates, and the high turnover employment rates hinder the complete optimization that the Automobile Club could achieve

Three methods that can be used for the Automobile Club to optimize its business strategies include 1) updating its security systems data, 2) creating and actively developing and implementing social presence 3) and add more channels for revenue growth. Updating security systems that decrease a business's vulnerability level should be instituted. For example, a company like the Auto Club holds its members' addresses, banking information, and other sensitive information. To protect the business and consumers, upgrades to the security systems need to be up-to-date and frequent.

Creating a social presence has been a new step chosen by the Auto Club but still needs more attention. Texting has become available for members and employees who are always on the go with their cell phones. Interactions such as live chats should be offered so that any daily questions or other feedback is answered. Adding more channels, such as product financing, would increase revenue. Many people would like to buy the Club's products and services but may be out of their budget. If funding were offered for such products, people would be patronized because they could pay at an affordable rate.

The intended result of implementing the vision of optimization of operations is growth and financial strength. The Automobile Club can improve financial stability by 1) offering additional payment options using new marketing techniques and offering markdowns on their services and goods such as travel. The Motor Clubs' current operating income is 15% near their budget. Offering a deferred or periodic payment plan for traveling will bring more customers that need that option to pay.

Growth in the club with classic membership has decreased by 10%This can be increased by validating the Auto Clubs memberships idea to target audiences. If the company keeps its ongoing relationships, it will be easier to gain new customers with trust and build new relationships. Exclusive content and services are already given to club members, but such perks as trip payment plans will promote revenue and retention.

When it comes to employee retention and better customer service provided by employees, there should be respect and transparency. The Automobile Club has taken the right step in allowing flexible working as working from home or in the office. Also, health, safety, and good working condition have been important topics since the COVID-19 pandemic. Ensuring that employees feel safe while working away from unrealistic and conflicting goals and toxic workplace culture will lead employees to stay long-term and provide legendary service with overall satisfaction, improving service, quality, and retention.
