Suspecting that his wife, an attorney was having an affair with a client, her husband, also an attorney repeatedly accessed and monitored her e-mail account and the accounts of seven other attorneys in her firm, without their knowledge or permission, for over a two- year period. The firm hired an expert to investigate when it suspected unauthorized access, leading to several accounts to which the husband had access. The firm has contacted you to sue the husband.
