Describe the hazards and why you think that they are a hazard. Identify what type of hazard it is (People, Equipment, Environment, Materials, and Processes). (Note - most hazards can fall into various types but if you pick one, I will be happy.) Detail how each of the hazards you have identified can be controlled. (Again, be specific. Not just, "wear PPE".) Identify one section from the Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act or any other Ontario Regulations that may apply to each hazard that you identified. (Try to make them a different section for each hazard if possible.)
