You must include plans to liaise with each of the following as relevant to the project:

• Subcontractors
• Organisational staff
• Clients
• Local authorities
• Regulatory authorities

At least one (1) method should include technology tools and devices for collaboration.

At least one (1) of the triggers for communication must be site induction.

You must integrate a range of communication methods include at least one (1) example of each of the following:

• Email
• Face-to-face verbal
• Mobile telephone
• Fixed telephone
• Site diaries
• Written reports.
• Memoranda (memos)

You may choose to be creative in addressing this criterion such as use of a digital collaboration system that allows memos to be shared digitally, site diaries to be centralised and reports to be extracted or use of mobile telephones to carry out email communications and other digital contacts.
