Then, discuss the probate proceeding you have chosen, why it surprises or interests you, and then explain the proceeding and its requirements, and whether the user guide was helpful. Remember to use citations (form numbers, Rule numbers, and specific link to the guide).

As an example, you might be surprised to know that the Probate Court handles involuntary commitments. Using that example, you would then review the requirements for filing an Involuntary Commitment Petition: the Rules of Procedure, the forms needed, and the user guide.
