Review the case study carefully, identifying the key issues for consideration. Prepare your responses to the discussion questions at the end of the case study. Your responses should be well written, and address the multiple issues identified in the case study. Your responses should include: Issue Analysis (SBAR)(Word document) Issue (s) identification; Background information properly cited; Analysis of the issues where needed; Citations to support your conclusions; Since our study includes people and team performance issues this week, include "best practice" references to support your conclusions.
