As a PM, you need to convince your management, that reviews are effective.

Your team has collected the following metrics for 3 Phases.

The following table and columns shows the review data as follows:

-new errors introduced in that phase (column 2),

-efficiency of the review process (column 3),

- by what factor the errors were multiplied (x times) in that phase (column 4),

- what percentage remains the same (column 5).

Initial Conditions:

From Phase 1 (not shown in Table), out of 20 errors which will flow to Phase 2, 15 will be unchanged (75%) and the rest will be magnified by a multiplication factor.
