Homework question on (Power of Attorney) under duress, by an abusive sibling(now moving to file civil trespass) so he can sell the house.(But, child has permission under law, to stay.) Judge ruled on 3/28 she can stay there."

Question:

How can a person avoid a "civil tresspass" when it is clear a person can prove they lived at the property for six long years paid ALL the bills, (everything)electric, heating, gas, water, cable television, internet, house (phone) and has legal authorization (past 16 months to live at the property "after" father passed away, (the person i know was his caretaker. Not ONE other sibling moved by dad to help him recover)

IMPORTANT to note, "mom"still alive, and has given legal permission fully for the person to remain at the property. Before you say, "Just have mom appear in court to say the same thing."

The mother (was taken against her will, to the state of NJ)by her abusive troubled son Mark.) so daughter have not been able to update (speak to her own mother) and brother is about to file a "civil trespass, to get daughter off the land."

LASTLY:

Several skilled top-notch attorneys told the person, friend of mine, "Don't worry." It is not a "civil trespass." (Even if the brother has a fake letter (through force/duress)from mom supposedly saying to "leave on March 25th." Thanks. From Matt.
