revise: Since I became a technologist in July of 2019, I have had the pleasure of working and understanding the workflow of both evening and day shift. I have volunteered numerous times to work in different areas of the MRI department including the ED (also during the COVID-19 pandemic), and Zayed 3. I pick up overtime shifts when I can to assist with the department's needs. In July of 2020, I had the pleasure of joining the dayshift. The following month I began coordinating the Zayed 4th floor department workflow. Since then, I have become an active participant of the CUSP (Comprehensive Unit-based Safety Program) Committee and become the Zayed 4 Joint Commission liaison. I consistently bring to attention problems in our workflow and seek resolution. Some examples of this are initiating the workflow for explanting patient implants in EPIC, and requesting that lock be placed on the cabinets to secure our expensive MRI equipment andaccesories. For the past 3 years, I have strived and achieved a score of 5 on all performance evaluations. I have also received numerous nominations for the ROAR (Reach Out and Recognize) award in both 2021
