Reward Systems Discussion Topic Reward systems are often regarded as a key approach to ensuring a results oriented outcome to strategy execution. Pay-for-performance evaluation systems are typically thought of as an effective reward and outcome link.

An employee is awarded significantly for producing strong performance results; however, pay-for-performance does not work for everyone and every position in an organization. Considering that the workforce in an organization could be extremely diverse with many generations represented in the workforce, discuss in detail the reward systems identifying different techniques and approaches that would appeal specifically to a diverse workforce.
