As the AP/AR Clerk at Renaissance Social Services, Inc., I feel that it is my responsibility to teach all my employees from the ground up what it means to be inclusive and diverse. When you are talking to corporate managers about making major changes, they tend to ask things like what the benefit to the company is to change said practices. In this case, said practices would be hiring and promotion of employees. Why should the company change the way these things are done and what is this going to cost the company?
